Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

Please note that we are only able to support Malaysia to Singapore & Philippines parcels at the moment for courier NINJA VAN only.

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made before 3pm, Monday - Friday on the same day.
However, please expect delays (2-5 days) during pre-order / new-released day due to outstanding orders.

Ninja Van and J&T is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries MONDAY - FRIDAY, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).

Orders made on Friday, after 3pm will only be shipped on Monday.
